I have found and later understood why we must have free and clean intestines on daily basis. I have chronic constipation. Not much came out, because I had not eaten in a week - painkillers, trauma, etc, just was not hungry, did not eat (or poop). This is an important health issue. I'm 48 and to me it's normal to go just once a week. I won't apologize for TMI about poop. haven't pooped - 2 and a half weeks! 3. I haven't been able to go in about three weeks. I drink warm water daily and it has brought visible change in my skin tone and energy levels If I start to walk around a lot or eat it feels like I need to go but if I go to bathroom and try nothing comes out or I get (sorry this is a little too much information) little balls of poop that come out maybe 2-3 and that's it. Anyway, it has been at least 8 days since I've had a bowel movement. Going anywhere from three times daily to five times per week can be healthy. Not even laxatives are helping right now. I'm not usually this bad, and what scares me is I am having very bad abdominal pain, my stomach is very hard, and I feel weak. But not doing so for more than that is not healthy. My recommendations are two first get yourself something called magnesium citrate you can buy it over the counter. Haven’t pooped in a week Watch. Weird huh? I can't answer, but I poop once a week also. I've tried everything: more exercise, more water, diet changes, over the counter pills, prescription pills, ect.
