Permits a user to forward calls that encounter busy and/or no answer conditions. Also permits a user to forward all calls to a predefined destination.

Enables a user to put a call on hold and later retrieve the held call. The user can place another call while the initial call is on hold.

Permits a user to dial a code to answer a call which is ringing on another phone set within the call pickup group.

Allows a user to transfer a call to another party.

Alerts a user on an existing call of a new incoming call.

Activates hunting when any of the directory numbers of the individual lines in the hunt group are called; if the line is busy, hunting will continue to the end of the list.

Allows a user to place calls to commonly called destination by dialing a speed call activation code instead of dialing the complete number.

Permits a user who has used the consultation hold Feature to put party on hold, reach a third party, and bring all three parties together in a three-way connection.

Allows a station user to park one call against the user’s own directory number and then make and receive calls on that directory number.

Enables a member of the business group to call into the business location from a remote location, and after entering a proper authorization code, to make use of the telephone system.

Permits users to dial a code to apply call pickup to groups other than their own.

Permits hunting of all lines in a hunt group, regardless of the start point. This feature requires a hunt group.

Permits a user to determine by the cadence of the ringing whether a call is from another user or from someone outside the business group.

Provides single line users with the capability of parking one call against any valid directory number in the system from where it may be later retrieved by any other user in the group.

Allows a user to gain access to a busy line by breaking in on an existing call.

Allows a station user to establish a conference call consisting of four to thirty conferences without the assistance of an attendant.

Enables a user to camp on to a busy station, go off-hook, and be called back when the busy station becomes idle.

Allows an outgoing call to be completed automatically by the least cost route available.
|
Permits the user to define which NPA or NNX numbers may be restricted from dialing. Three to ten digits can be restricted.

Allows or denies route choices based on the time of day.
