Phone features enable employees to receive calls at a different location, determine call importance and filter out undesired calls. Each of these abilities allows workers to make more efficient use of their time and make the most of their phone communications.

Call Waiting
Know when another contact is trying to reach you while you’re already on the phone with call waiting. You will be informed of incoming calls and can use this information to better communicate with both incoming calls in a timely fashion.

Call Forward
While away, call forwarding allows you to send your calls to a different phone number. On the go? Send work calls right to your cell phone.

Call Forward - No Answer/Busy
You can choose to only forward calls if the line is busy. Or you can even have calls forwarded after a few rings, thus allowing someone to pick up at home first. This is a great feature if you’re not sure where you will be at certain times of the day.

Three Way Calling
Conference calling can be easy to facilitate with three-way calling. Use this feature to keep everyone in the loop, all at once.

Speed Dial 30 Numbers
Put your most frequently called numbers on speed dial so they are programmed right into your phone and are as easy to reach as the press of a button. Your work day just got more efficient.

Caller ID with Per Call Blocking
This feature displays the names and/or numbers of incoming callers on your phone's LCD. Know who's calling before answering. This feature requires a phone that supports Caller ID. Per Call Blocking allows you to block your telephone number from being delivered to the person you are calling on a per call basis.

Call Return
Now you can find out where a call came from with call return. This gives you the ability to return the last incoming call. So even if you didn’t get to your desk in time, you don’t have to miss the call.

Incoming Call Block
This feature prevents calls from specific phone numbers by placing those numbers on a Call Block list.

Priority Ring
You can find out who’s calling even before you pick up the phone. Priority ring gives you the ability to assign ring tones to different callers so you know who it is as soon as the phone rings.

Incoming Call Acceptance
This feature allows you to program a list of 10 telephone numbers which are the numbers whose calls you will accept. Calls received from numbers not included in your list will be blocked.

Repeat Dialing
Redial the last number you called with repeat dialing. This makes calling someone back quick and easy. GTA goes the extra step so that you don’t have to.

Select Call Forwarding
Select Call Forwarding allows you to get that call you were waiting for without the inconvenience of weeding through the other calls. When your work day is getting busy, you can pick who you want to reach you and not feel tied down to your desk.

Anonymous Call Block
With anonymous call blocking, you can prevent anonymous calls from ringing your phone. You can also give anonymous users the option of ringing your phone by "revealing their identity". They must enter their phone number which will then show up on your CallerID display.
